We recommend casual dress with comfortable walking shoes. The Central Markets are under cover, so dress according to weather conditions on the day.

Your experience begins at 7.15am in the heart of the Central Markets. After a brief description of the Central Market history we hit the stalls and begin tasting. The tour takes you to a diverse selection of food stalls ranging from the strong German and Italian influence to the more recent Asian influence. You will learn about food varieties that are now being produced locally and what new products are being imported. All along the way we will sample the best of what the Central Markets have to offer. After an approximately 1.5 hours on the move we take a break and enjoy a delicious market breakfast at one of the popular café's.

Following the edge of the "Coorong" National Park on the Younghusband Peninsula, teeming with water birds, the quaint seaside town of Robe, where there is lobster fishing and historic remains of the Chinese Gold Rush migration. A tasting at one or two of the many renowned wineries is recommended at the “Coonawarra” premium wine growing district. Overnight Accommodation at Chardonnay Lodge or similar in Penola Day 2: Travel from Coonawarra via the Grampians Mts. National Park, for bush walking, scenic lookouts, Aboriginal culture, wildflowers (over 850 species in spring) and even see a kangaroo or wallaby. Or for the “Sea Lovers” keep following the coast via Mt Gambier, volcanic craters and lakes, Portland, Port Fairy. Overnight destination - “Quamby Homestead” (circa 1888) a gracious and historic example of the Victorian era, full of charm and old world hospitality, where fine food and wine and open fires await you. Wake to the sounds of the Australian bush songs and take the opportunity to stroll through the magnificent English style gardens. Or similar in Port Fairy. Day 3: Travel through Warrnambool (whale nursery in season) to the Port Campbell National Park, see the spectacular 12 Apostles, London Bridge, Loch Ard Gorge, Bay of Islands and many more breathtaking examples of nature at its best. Experience driving a V8 racecar around the circuit at Adelaide Raceway, then to finish the day on a high 2 quick laps as a passenger. Great value for money more laps of driving than in the V8 Rookie Course and the extra thrill of two hot laps as a passenger.

Enter Adelaide Raceway via the main entrance off Port Wakefield Road. You will be directed from this point.

This price is for one person. However, there may be up to 40in the group. There are up to six race cars on the track at any one time.

You are required to sign an indemnity prior to your ride or course, accepting that you are participating/attending at your own risk. Weight and height restrictions apply. The largest suit is a XXX. Wear comfortable clothing. Provision of racing attire for the duration of your ride is included. The V8 Super Challenge Courses are not as affected by inclement weather, but still may need to be rescheduled in very bad weather. The opportunity for you to drive a V8 race car for 5 laps around the Adelaide Raceway and experience the thrill of V8 power for an extremely low price.

This activity takes place at Adelaide Raceway. This activity normally starts at 3.15pm. Actual arrival times will be advised once your booking is confirmed. Please allow approximately 1.5 hours at the track.

This particular option lasts for approximately 1.5 hours. This time includes your instruction, observation laps, your 5 laps of driving and time to enjoy the hamburger/sausage sizzle which is included in the package for yourself and one friend. Additional people are invited to attend. If they wish to join in on the fun it is $5.00 per person for the hamburger / sausage sizzle and if they wish to take a ride around the circuit, driven by one of our instructors in a normal road vehicles, then the spectator ride is also $5.00 per person. This can be arranged on the day at the track.

You will be in a group of approximately 24 other drivers, but, will be in the race vehicle on a one on one situation with your instructor.

You must be competent driving a motor vehicle. You must be competent driving a manual motor vehicle. You must be at least 17 years of age.

On arrival you are required to sign an indemnity. You receive a fastrack cap. You will then change into one of our race suits. You will receive instruction from our professional group of race drivers. You will be driven around the circuit on one of our road vehicles with an instruction who will show you first hand the lines to take, then entry and exit points for corners and where the brake markers are positioned, this is to reinforce the initial instruction given to you. You will drive one of our Fastrack V8 race cars for 5 laps. On completion you receive a certificate with photograph, autographed by your instructor.

You and your family/friends will be required to sign an indemnity on arrival. There is no charge for family and friends to watch, but, if they wish to join in on the hamburger/sausage sizzle then it is $5.00 per person, under 6yrs is free of charge. Spectator rides - a lap of the circuit in a normal road vehicle driven by one of our race drivers is available to all at $5.00 per person.
