Belly Dancing Classes- Beginners- 10 week course	Leave the cares of the world outside as you learn to shimmy and sway to the hypnotic beat of Middle-Eastern music - anyone can have a great time belly dancing. Learn co-ordination as you put together a fun choreography during the term which can be performed for friends or just for yourself! This course takes place in College Park, directly across the road from the 'Maid and Magpie' hotel. Car parking is available in our own car park, or nearby residential streets. Adelaide Adelaide South Australia Students can begin their lessons either at the start of a term or up to 3 weeks into the current term and make up their missed classes at other time slots. The 9 week course is for 1 hour per week. The classes will have between 10 - 25 students per class. If you have an existing medical condition or an injury that restricts your movement you should consult your doctor before enrolling. Women in early pregnancy should also consult their doctor before embarking on any dance classes. There are no age restrictions on learning to belly dance. The 10 week term of 1 hour per week will teach you the basic movements of belly dancing after warming up and stretching. Movements will be consolidated each week, adding new steps which we put together into a short dance. Dance styles taught are Classical Egyptian, Modern Egyptian, Tribal and various regional styles. These styles often incorporate veils, zills (finger cymbals), sticks or swords. The classes are relaxed and friendly and students are encouraged to progress at their own pace. Missed classes can be made up at other timeslots of the same level during the term. The studio is fully air conditioned, with shower facilities and refreshments are available before and after class. The Surf & Sun Full on Adventure Day	Enjoy all of the following: -2 Surf Lessons -Delicious Lunch -Transport -Sightseeing on the Fleurieu Peninsula This tour goes to the Fleurieu Peninsula and departs returns from Adelaide/Glenelg Adelaide Adelaide South Australia We pick you up at 8:30am and returns at 8:30pm. This tour departs on demand for as minimum of 4 people. We have maximum ratios of 1 instructor to 8 people Moderate Level of fitness is required. Participants must be able to swim. Then it is time to eat a delicious lunch before we hit the surf again for another 2 hour surf lesson. Tours run spring to late autumn and are conducted in double sea kayaks, which are easy to paddle, stable and very comfortable. There is also plenty of space to bring a small bag of snacks and a drink to keep you fuelled up throughout your adventure. A camera is also recommended and we can provide a waterproof case to keep it dry. The tour is weather dependant. The sheltered, tree lined creeks of this area are an ideal environment for a kayaking adventure. Travelling by kayak is a unique way to see the dolphins or view the ship wrecks in the Maritime Heritage Trail. We will meet you at the Garden Island boat ramp, Grand Trunkway, Gillman. This can be found in the Adelaide street directory. This location is about 30 minutes from Adelaide GPO and 10 minutes from Port Adelaide. Garden Island and the Dolphin Trail are sign posted from Port Adelaide. From the end of Port Road turn right onto St. Vincent Street and follow this around the docks to Eastern Parade then onto Grand Trunkway and over the Garden Island Bridge. Immediately after the bridge turn right and follow the road to the end. Here you will find the landscaped picnic area and public ramp. There are toilets available and BBQ facilities. You will need to bring: Loose fitting clothing you don't mind getting splashed (damp) or kayaking gear to suit the temperature of the day. A shady hat and sunscreen.
