Australian Native Outback Degustation Menu For 2	Come and experience a flavour explosion with a 6 course Outback Native Degustation exploring the culinary wonders of Australia. We have created a menu embracing our unique native resources from our desserts, High Country and our grasslands offering an Australian experience through outback cuisine! This activity takes place in Coogee Coogee Sydney New South Wales Please allow 2-3 hours for your experience. This experience is for two people. We can cater for groups of up to 10 people for this particular experience. There will be other people at the restaurant at the time of your experience. Please note a 10% surcharge may apply to bookings made on public holidays (to be paid on the day). This experience is perfect as a romantic evening for two people. You must be over 18 years of age to participate in this experience. Please Note: Please notify us of your preferred dining time at the time of booking - we are available for bookings from 6pm - 11pm. On arrival, your degustation experience begins with a welcoming 'Jaggard' based cocktail (quandong liqueur) garnished with Illawarra plums and smoked paperbark olives with damper bread to be enjoyed in our lounge area and an opportunity to capture the breathtaking views across Coogee Beach as an appetiser for the night. When ready, you and your partner will be directed to your dining space for an overview of your native experience with our outback concept and tasting notes to assist understanding the marriage of the flavours. We will then commence the first of 6 courses of your degustation experience with local wines matched to each course. You will sample crocodile and yabbies to char grilled barramundi, emu and kangaroo - all for a dining experience with a difference! At the end of your degustation experience, you will also take home a jar of 'Red Desert Dust Spice' to use as an aromatic mix on your home cooking. Our concept is focused on exploring the culinary wonders of Australia through our Outback Degustation Menu that embraces the wonders of our native Australia. You will be offered an Australian experience through Outback cuisine while showcasing our magnificent views at our Coogee Beach restaurant. The team believes that Outback cuisine is a world unto itself, filled with its own wonderful, rugged character, and we are interested in products unique to our environment. Our chef continually seeks new tastes and combinations influenced by exotic resources. On rare occasions we may not be able to source all of the ingredients or we may have a capacity booking that might affect your experience. Surf Lesson at Maroubra Beach		Surfing & Kite Surfing
Surf Lesson at Maroubra Beach	Based at uncrowded Maroubra Beach, our goal is to make learning to surf a safe and 'stress free' experience, with an emphasis on fun! We provide you with all the necessary equipment (surfboards, wetsuits etc) and teach you about beach awareness as well as of course - how to ride a surfboard! This surf lesson takes place at Maroubra Beach, only 15 minutes drive from the city and easily accessible by Sydney Buses. Coogee Sydney New South Wales The session time is 2 hours. Participants are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to session time. We keep our numbers small. You will be surfing in a group of no more than 6 students with 1 instructor! The only things you need to bring are a towel, a sense of humour and some money for lunch. We provide a secure area for you to lock up your personal belongings whilst we are surfing. Please note these classes are suited for adults only. Based at uncrowded Maroubra Beach, our goal is to make learning to surf a safe and 'stress free' experience, with an emphasis on fun! Over your three lessons we will teach you that you can surf casually whenever you want. Lessons run every day and are progressive. All equipment is provided and you even get a certificate on completion. Classes take place at Maroubra Beach - only 15 minutes drive from the city and easily accessible by bus. Coogee Sydney New South Wales Each lesson lasts for 2 hours. Your 3 lessons can be taken over a period of 6 months. We keep our groups small so that you receive the right amount of attention and instruction. There are usually up to 6 others within each group. The only things you need to bring are your swimmers, a towel, a sense of humour and some money for lunch. We provide all equipment (wetsuits, surfboards etc) as well as a secure area for you to lock up your personal belongings whilst we are surfing. Learn how to surf properly with our three lesson course on beautiful Maroubra Beach. Over your three lessons we will teach you that you can surf casually whenever you want. Lessons run every day and are progressive. All equipment is provided and you even get a certificate on completion. These lessons are perfect for beginners, where you'll learn all the basic skills as well as how to surf confidently with a few tricks you your sleeve! Please note that even though most of our lessons are held in waist deep water, it is recommended for personal safety reasons that students have the ability to swim 50 - 100 metres.
