Experience migrating Humback Whales (June to Nov), and resident dolphins surfing the waves. We go to the best lookouts for the Views.
This tour travels to Stradbroke Island. Departures can either take place from Brisbane (we can pick you up from your accommodation) or Dunwich (you can meet us there).

Brisbane Queensland
If departing from Brisbane we will pick you up from your accommodation
between 7am & 7:45am. If meeting us at Dunwich, we will meet you at 9am.
Your day will finish around 3:30pm in Dunwich or 5pm if you are
travelling back to Brisbane.
Remember to bring sunscreen, swimming costumes, sunglasses, hat, towel, camera and a BIG smile!
After we pick you up from your Brisbane accommodation we head to Cleveland and take a fast water taxi ride to "Straddie". When we arrive at 9.30am we will meet those of you who are meeting us at Dunwich, and then head off and explore Brown lake. This is a perched lake and is medicinal to swim in.
We then head through the National Park and drive onto Main Beach - 32 kilometres of pure white sand. We drive over a sand bank into another fresh water lake called the Keyholes. You can then relax with a cup of tea and some Aussie damper for morning tea.
We then go back to the beach and drive to Point Lookout's North Gorge. Here we have chances of seeing Dolphins, Sharks, Manta Rays and Turtles. The Humpback Whale can be seen between June and November each year.
From this scenic outlook we drive to Flinders beach for our famous BBQ on the beach. Enjoy steak, sasauge, garden salad, homemade bread and a fruit drink in the best dining room in the world.
You can use the fishing rods and bait which are supplied for free while we cook lunch. Or perhaps you'd prefer to go for a swim, collect shells or simply relax.
From lunch we go to Amity Point - a great little township with fishing boats towed by all sorts of tractors. We walk out to the jetty and see what fish are about. On our way back home we stop at Myora Springs where we know there is a Koala (hopefully as they are wild). A short drive and we are back to our pick up point.
So as you can see it is certainly a full day of adventure and fun!
If you are heading back to Brisbane, we then take the water taxi back to Cleveland and return to your hotel at about 5.00pm complete with memories and plenty of photos.
