Calm Water Glass Bottom Boat Cruise - Gold Coast

Enjoy a fun 2 hour Glass Bottom Boat Trip on the beautiful Gold Coast Broadwater. Enjoy tropical and sub tropical fish viewing, pelican feeding, dolphin spotting, morning/afternoon tea on Wavebreak Island. A great tour for all ages!

This cruise starts and finishes at Main Beach. It leaves from Berth 69-71 Mariners Cove Marina.

The cruise lasts for two hours from start to finish. Departure times vary on the day, we only operate on or near high tide. Definatly call us for the actual departure time on the day you want to travel.

Our vessel is surveyed to carry 27 people. We carry two crew, so guest numbers are limited to 25. Large groups can be catered for via use of our speedboats, acting as shuttle boats, and the viewing grounds by speed boat are only 10 minutes from the marina. Call for enquiries on large groups.

There are no toilet facilities on board the Glass Bottom Boat, so guests are asked to use toilet facilities in Marina Mirage shopping centre prior to departure. Please wear shoes or sandles so you can walk on the beach and get them wet.

Minimum of 2 people required to run the cruise.

Departing from Marina Mirage, enjoy a short tour to Wavebreak Island. Feed the local pelicans and view the fish life, walk on the sandy beach of Wavebreak Island and enjoy morning/afternoon tea. Dolphin spotting is also enjoyed, although not promised, they are often seen during the tours. The glass bottom boat has a landing barge type drop down front door, allowing easy walk on walk off access to the Island. Centre glass panels provide excellent underwater viewing, so all can see the local Broadwater marine life up close and personal. We often see tropical fish such as banner fish, butterfly fish, wrasse, parrot fish, even moray eels! Visit starfish bay, and cruise the edge of South Stradbroke Island, where swamp wallabies can be spotted from time to time. Bring your camera, this trip is sure to give you some great take home photos, and some great memories of Surfers Paradise and the beautiful Gold Coast. Surveyed to take 27 people including crew, your whole group can have a great outing and still get plenty of time to shop at the world famous Marina Mirage specialty shops or even Surfers Paradise after the cruise. Bookings essential, departure times vary due to tidal conditions. Pickups available from accommodation houses within Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach for an additional $10.00 per person, payable on the day.
