Double Bi-Plane Adventure Flight

This 30 minute adventure flight is for 2 participants. The first person will fly in a 1940's open-air cockpit vintage bi-plane enjoying the local senary and watching their partner being put through a stunt style aerobatic roller coaster ride. The second person will be flying in Pitts Special.

The flights start at Camden Airport and fly over the lower Blue Mountains, aerobatics are conducted not below 3000 ft and not over populted areas.

The activity lasts approximately 45 minutes to an hour. The flying component is 30 minutes. the other 15 minutes is briefing and entering and exiting the aircraft. Once you have purchased this activity, we will contact you to confirm an exact start time

You will be only with your instructor on a one on one basis.

You must be over the age of 16, no taller than 6ft 8in, weigh less than 120kgs. If you have high blood pressure or heart conditions this is not the ride for you. Make sure you wear warm and comfortable clothing no high heels or open shoes/thongs.

This fun ride starts with a 15 minute brief on the operations and how to manipulate the controls. The next 30 minutes is in the air. If you're in the Tiger Moth you will enjoy the local scenery and watch your partner on a roller coaster ride in the air. Pitts is a 260 horse powered purpose built aerobatic bi-plane which means you will put through an adrenline fun filled aerobatic adventure. The other person will enjoy the scenery from all sorts of different angles and views in a stunt style aerobatic flight in the Pitts' Special - a 260 horse powered purpose built aerobatic bi-plane which means you will put through an adrenline fun filled aerobatic adventure. We will do Loop to Loop, rolls, inverted flight and lots more. To finish with you will both get the opportunity to fly the aircraft before the instructor takes over to safely land the aircraft back at Camden Airport.

All aircraft are kept to the stringent safety requirements but down by CASA. The pilots have thousands of hours flying time and hold instructor ratings. Spectators are welcome.
