No previous experience is required. Comfortable casual clothing (t-shirts, shorts). Warm clothing for evenings (long pants and sweater). Swimwear, hat, sunscreen and beach towel. Walking shoes + sandals. All courses are subject to prevailing weather conditions and the discretion of the operator. All guests are required to call the check-in desk the day prior to departure to check conditions.

The vessels in this group enable passengers to enjoy the best of both worlds providing exploration of the Whitsunday Islands, sailing, snorkelling, swimming, bushwalking and visiting the icons of the Whitsundays such as Whitehaven Beach. All this as well as a cruising to the outer barrier reef, some 2-3 hours cruising time past the islands. Diving is obviously a focus on all the vessels and our crew will ensure that even first time divers feel safe and are able to enjoy the splendour of our magnificent islands coral reefs. Experience the highlights of the Whitsunday Islands and Great Barrier Reef on board Pacific Star, our spacious 65ft Catamaran where you can sail, scuba and snorkel. Visit the Outer Reef, as well as the famous Whitehaven Beach for a truly unforgettable 3 days and 3 nights sailing and diving holiday. Pacific Star offers modern comforts such as air conditioning, ensuite cabins TV, DVD and CD player. Pacific Star has a purpose built dive platform and takes 2 professional dive instructors who are keen to assist Certified as well as first time Divers in experiencing the Great Barrier Reef. Below decks are fitted out for maximum comfort for 14 passengers. Enjoy the comfort of air conditioning, large roomy saloon areas and comfortable cabins while down below and above decks there is lots of room for gearing up to go diving or snorkelling or just relaxing in the sun. Our Skipper, Hostess and Dive Instructor will ensure you enjoy the best of both worlds, sailing and diving by day and great food and a relaxed atmosphere in the evenings.

The price does not include The Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Levy of $30 per person. Dependent upon the season, a marine stinger suit will also be suggested for hire at a cost of $18 pp. Guests may purchase beverages for the cruise which will be delivered to their vessel prior to departure.
