Jungle Adventure Nightwalks

As the sun sets over the trees the jungle begins to come alive! Walk through the rainforest at night with your expert "Mad" scientist guide. Walk, talk and stalk with the animals!

This activity takes place at Cape Tribulation (approx 3 hours from Cairns).

The night walks are for 2 hours.

We are the only nightwalk in Cape Tribulation with scientist guides and a guaranteed maximum of 11 people. The smallest nightwalk group size of any tours in the area.

Our tracks are graded easy to moderate, thus a moderate level of fitness is required. Closed in shoes and long pants are recommended.

Jungle Adventures Nightwalks are a novel way to check out the beautiful rainforest in Cape Tribulation. Most creatures within the rainforest here are nocturnal so the walks can provide a great way to see nature at its best. We regularly see snakes, lizards, possums, spiders, bandicoots, insects and more. The walking tracks are graded easy to moderate for people with a medium level of fitness or above. You begin your night by being picked up and driven to our beautiful property in Cape Tribulation. From here our guides will gear you up with torches and ponchos (if necessary) and you head out into the forest. Our tracks follow natural tracks made by animals or water and lead you through a valley to our wet season creek and through amazing old growth rainforest.

Our guides are highly qualified with degrees in Science (Zoology, Biology, Marine Biology and Botany) and years of experience both in the rainforest and on the reef, so we offer a tour that is unique, fun and educational all in one.
