This is a one on one session.

A thorough case history will be taken at your first consult. All health issues treated. Recommendations will be given if beneficial to your situation, such as meditation, bowen therapy, acupuncture etc. Herbal Remedies may be prescribed or relevant supplements such as vitamins or minerals if applicable to your situation. I encourage everyone to see how they can achieve optimum health and wellbeing. I look for the source of the problem and assist you to take charge of your own healing.
