Outdoor Laser Skirmish (2 hours)

Experience outdoor combat without the pain. Play for 2 hours in huge bush battlefields with hi-tech, long range weapons. You can push your limits, while still having a whole lot of fun! Great for all ages. And best of all - it doesn't hurt!

This activity operates out at Peats Ridge, just 20 minutes from both Hornsby & Gosford & 1 hour from Sydney''s CBD.

The adrenalin session goes for a total of 3 hours, from arrival to departure. 2 hours will be spent participating in a variety of missions on different fields with the remaining hour allocated for preparation and debriefing.

Each session can have up to 20 participants, split into two teams. There is one referee per team, regardless of total numbers. This means you will be in a group of maximum 10 with your referee.

Participants must wear sturdy, closed shoes. We recommend shorts and a t-shirt be worn to go under camouflage uniform. Remember to bring sunscreen/insect-repellent. Hats provided. You need to be fully mobile and reasonably fit to play.

When you arrive, you will be kitted out with a full camouflage uniform, before going through a 15 minute familiarisation, mission briefing and weapon demonstration. After your mission director allocates your weapons and teams, your referees will take you out onto the battlefield. Once you are on the battlefield, your referee will outline mission-specific objectives and suggest some tactics (if you need). You can expect almost 2 hours of on-field play split over 3 or 4 missions, each with different objectives and new experiences. When you have completed your last mission, the mission director will perform a short debrief as you relive your combat exploits. This is the perfect time for a photo opportunity, before getting back into your civvies. The weapons you will be equipped with use infra-red technology (and are therefore harmless) and are accurate to 150m. Each weapon is equipped with a real rifle scope - either red-dot type or telescopic optical type. All our staff are experienced tacticians and there is always at least one first-aid qualified staff member on-site. Laser Skirmish is a physically demanding activity, taking place in a bush environment. Note that there are always inherent risks in outdoor activities.

All participants are required to sign the "Rules and Disclaimer" form prior to play. If 18, a parent/guardian must sign the form on behalf of the participant. Players under 15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
