Pyrenees Wine Tour

You will be indulging in tasting the fabulous wines and food of the Pyrenees, not in France but in Australia. Like the Pyrenees region of France, each winery has a pentaque piste, so with a glass of red in one hand and a pentaque boule in the other, where else could you be but in the Pyrenees.

Depart Melbourne Southern Cross Railway Station 0805am. Arrive at Railway Station 15 minutes prior to pickup tickets. Back into Melbourne at 7.50pm.

Minimum number of customers is 1 and and maximum number is 6.

This is a One Day Tour. Melbourne Customers will be leaving from and returning to Southern Cross Railway Station. Ballarat Customers will be picked up from your accommodation.

Minimum Number 1 Person Maximum Number 6 Persons If travelling from Melbourne, you will travel to Ballarat by train, not quite the French TGV, but the Victorian VFT. You will pick up your prepaid ticket from Southern Cross Station Booking Office. Quote booking number given to you, to receive the ticket. On arrival at Ballarat you will be met by your guide.

Come taste the fabulous wines of the Pyrenees region, most definately one of Victoria best wine producing area's. You will visit from 5 to 8 wineries, have lunch in one of Victoria's finest winery restaurants and be given a complimentory bottle of French wine. As you taste the wine, gaze across the blue hills of the Pyrenees Ranges with its stunning vista's and myriad of colours and textures. Perhaps a game of petanque with your red wine, as like in France, Pyrenees and Petanque go together. All the wineries have a petanque piste to tempt you. The Pyrenees wineries are famous for their Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Their selection of Sparkling wine is too die for.
