Scuba Dive the J-Class Submarines

There are not many places in the world where you can scuba dive so many submarines in one spot. In Melbourne, our subs are almost or fully intact and are very diveable most days. There is nothing like the thrill than to explore our World War 1 J-Class submarines below 26 & 40 meters of water.

There is nothing like the thrill than to explore our World War 1 J-Class submarines below 26 & 40 meters of water. Uncover the mystique and history of four World War One submarines. Once the pride of two navies, the J-class boats roamed European and Australian waters in aggressive splendour - now they lie in an area known as the Ship's Graveyard, located in Bass Strait near Melbourne. Since their discovery, they have become increasingly popular dive sites, visited by countless boatloads of recreational divers from around the world. Explore the impressive hulks, teeming with marine life-forms.

To participate in this activity you need to have a PADI or other diving agency Advanced Open Water certification.
