Sea Kayak Expedition-6 Days

Spend 6 fabulous days exploring the outer Whitsunday islands by sea kayak - camping at night on deserted beaches and snorkeling over amazing fringing coral reefs.

This activity departs from Airlie Beach and explores the Hook & Whitsunday islands.

Departs Day 1 at approx 8:30am and returns in the afternoon on Day 6. Expect to spend approx 3 - 4 hours paddling each day (not all in one hit!)

Maximum guide/client ratio is 1:8. Maximum group size is 12 (unless specifically organised i.e. school groups)

Paddlers must be a minimum of 15 years and be physically capable. An average level of fitness is required to get the best out of this trip - however no previous kayaking experience is required.

Beginning at spectacular Whitehaven Beach, spend 6 days exploring Hook & Whitsunday islands'' turquoise waters and rugged coastlines. Home to manta rays, giant turtles, dolphins and rare dugings, this wilderness region truly is a marine paradise. From July to September you may even encounter magnificent Humpback Whales. Warm water, secluded beaches and stunning coral gardens make this an unforgettable wilderness experience. And with approx 3-4 hours paddling each day there''s plenty of time for swimming, snorkeling or just appreciating the ever-changing scenery. Each night we camp out on remote beaches. sleeping beneath the stars, far from civilisation.

All paddlers will be required to complete and sign and indemnity form and medical declaration. All guides are qualified/experienced
