Sea Kayak for 6- half day - St Kilda

Grab five of your friends and escape overseas...come sea kayaking! Adventure, wilderness and tranquillity. A unique experience awaits you! Pulses accelerate as kayakers face the great ocean from sea level. No machines or fossil fuels, only salt spray, rolling water, sea birds and companions.

We depart from ST Kilda, travel to around the St Kilda area and then return to the start.

The experience lasts 3 hrs in total. Choose either a morning (9am) or afternoon (1pm) departure. Available everyday although the most popular days are weekends. Please note trips run on demand.

We require a minimum of 4 people to run each tour and operate with a maximum of 12 people per tour. We have a maximum of 12 people per tour.

Participants must be reasonably active, injury free and be able to swim 50m non stop. You must be over 14 years of age (for insurance purposes). Dry bags are supplied for cameras mobile phones. Bring hat, sunglasses, thermal top, swimmers, change of clothes,old runners or wet suit booties.

St Kilda and Port Melbourne are both lively costal Melbourne towns with rich maritime and port history. Observe the city scape, paddle close to yachts and ferries while taking in views to Westgate bridge and Williamstown. You will be paddling in double sea kayaks for stability, speed and safety while single kayaks are also available for the more experienced clients. There are plenty of opportunities at the end of the tour to visit one of many inner city restaurant along the coast for lunch or dinner - so why not make a day of it!

You will need to sign an indemnity and medical form before commencing the trip.
