Shirodhara Massage - Sydney

A Shirodhara massage is a form of rejuvenation therapy which includes marma point body massage and warm oil poured onto the forehead (third eye). This results in extreme relaxation to any head or neck problems such as insomnia and headache.

The massage takes place in Sydney's CBD.

This treatment goes for 90 minutes. Available Wednesday and Thursday 10am to 7pm. Saturday 9am to 5pm. Other times are subject to availability.

There will only be you and your therapist in your treatment room.

We provide all robes, towels and massage treatment products. So simply come as you are.

This massage and treatment works both on the physical and subtle body. It brings balance to the life force prana, releases toxins and provides complete relaxation. It starts with ayurvedic consultation to first know your body constitution (Dosha). Then, warm oil based massage is given to suit your pre-diagnosed body constitution (Vata, Pitta or Kapha). It also includes marma (vital) point massage and chakra balancing to the whole body. Shirodhara also gives strength to the nervous system and helps to liberate toxins. This treatment releases tension and is excellent for people with chronic stress related problems.
