This activity takes place through the streets and underground walkways of the Sydney retail area. This is a walk over flat footpaths and roads, and includes steps in to and out of some of the underground areas.

This tour unfolds through the bustling heart of Sydney's retail sector. Meet in the historic heart of Sydney and learn how and when chocolate and coffee first came to Australia. Little snippets of Sydney's early history will be revealed as the coffee and chocolate journey progresses. Our first coffee stop is at the oldest coffee shop in Sydney, situated in one of the city's beautiful shopping arcades. Our chocolate journey begins with a recent addition to the Sydney chocolate scene. Here we will taste fine chocolate made in Australia from the cocoa bean to the finished product. We will learn about the development of chocolate from a bitter tasting beverage to today's sweet delicacy and sample some exquisite creations. And learn how many Easter eggs Australians eat a year! The very lastest addition to the city's chocolate choices is one with a difference - French! This stylish little gem contains some luscious samplings! More chocolate awaits at our next stop where we will learn - and taste - what makes Swiss chocolate so special. Then on to our chocolate walk - through an "underground tunnel" of international chocolate of all persuasions. The tour concludes in the luxurious surroundings of one of Sydney's finest hotels. Here we will relax over a final coffee and reflect on our delicious experiences. A fitting conclusion to a luscious journey through the world of chocolate and coffee.
