Time varies depending on numbers of people participating. Please allow up to 4 hours for this activity.

1 to 40 people. Larger groups can be catered for.

Please wear joggers, long pants (tracksuit pants are great), t-shirt and jumper (extra protection). Bring a towel and bottled water.

We cater generally for 1 to 40 people. Groups of up to 120 people per day can be catered for when broken down into smaller groups.

Get the point across by holding a sword fighting experience day. The experience starts by learning all necessary skills for sword fighting: focus, balance and timing, attack and defence. Then take your sword and battle it out with friends and colleagues. The blades are made from a high tech Italian material. When you hit or are being hit a beeping sound from the sword will alert you. This is a legitimate chance to stab the boss! Sword fighting will test you mentally, is great for body conditioning and fitness and is suited to both male and females. This experience is perfect for a pre-conference meeting. There is no better way 'to break the ice' than to poke a sword at someone. Also perfect for an after lunch or before dinner activity to get everyone alert and excited. This is a day at the office that no-one will forget!
