Tandem Skydiving 14000ft - Nagambie VIC

Experience the thrills and excitement of free fall skydiving with a highly experienced tandem instructor! After a short flight to fourteen thousand feet - over four kilometres high! You'll experience the thrill of free falling for up to a minute and travel at speeds of up to 200 kph.

Located about an hour drive north of Melbourne, and 5 minutes from the lakeside township of Nagambie. Tandem skydives operate 7 days a week, weather permitting and by appointment only. We operate from sunrise to sunset daily.

14 years is the minimum age for Tandem. If you are under 18 years, on the day of your skydive, a parent or guardian must be present to sign the necessary paperwork. Only average fitness and flexibility is required. Our weight limit is a 100 kgs for a Tandem jump.

On arrival at the drop zone please register at Manifest in the main hangar where you will be greeted by our friendly staff and given the paperwork you will need to read and sign before you go for your tandem skydive. Once that is completed, you will be assigned an Instructor who will take you for your lesson on how to tandem skydive. From there you will be placed on a load and given an approximate jump time. At the 15-minute call for your load, you will be taken to the 'gear up room' by your instructor who will place you in the necessary equipment for the jump, and final preparations will be done. At this stage if you are having free fall videography of your skydive, then you will meet your camera man here. At the 5-minute call for the load you will be taken with your instructor to the emplaning area to wait for the aircraft. After a ten-minute flight, overflying the beautiful Nagambie lakes you arrive at 14,000 feet and prepare yourself and your friends for the big plunge. The green light comes on and the door is opened, your instructor assists you to the door. You hear the commands, cross your arms, head back - Ready Set Skydive! Accelerating to 200kph the feeling is surreal, a whole minute floating in free fall! When the parachute opens the fun continues at a much calmer rate. The parachute can be manoeuvred to glide over the lakes and back to the drop zone landing area. After reaching the ground, you'll be jumping up and down with excitement and fifteen minutes later (if you have ordered and paid for a camera-person to jump with you), you receive your professionally edited DVD or video.

Nagambie is a 15-min drive north along the Goulburn Valley Hwy. 500 meters past the edge of town, left at the Winery Trail sign and 80km into Lobbs Lane. Follow the road for 3 kms crossing Kirwan's Bridge then turn left at the T intersection, onto Kettels Road. Follow Kettels Road for 300 meters.
