Tandem Skydiving over Adelaide City

Come skydiving with us - the only company to provide jumps over the city of Adelaide! See the city from a bird's perspective and feel the rush of skydiving. As we climb to a height of either 8,000 or 10,000 ft (you choose!) take in the awesome views of the glistening ocean and Adelaide's city.

This activity starts and ends in Adelaide city, where we will provide you with a briefing and allocate the skydiving gear. We will transport you to the airport, where the plane will be waiting to fly you high into the sky.

From the time you arrive until the time you leave should take a couple of hours, but allow at least half a day. We are dependant on weather, winds and other things outside of our control. The paperwork, briefing, plane ride and skydive will take about 75 minutes.

You will have your own Tandem Master who will be dedicated to you for your jump. There may be others on the plane at the same time as you do your jump.

Minimum age for Tandems is 14 years. Passengers 95-100kg may be able to jump dependant on other conditions at the time. You should be medically fit and able to lift your legs as well as arch your back and bend your legs back. We reserve the right to refuse a person if we feel it necessary or unsafe.

This is a fabulous introduction to skydiving and is the easiest way to experience the fun and thrill of freefalling and parachuting. After meeting us at a central Adelaide city race track, our highly experienced tandem instructors take you through a thorough briefing. Then it's time to get into your jump suit and safety harness, before boarding our van and making our way out to the airfield (a short 30 minute drive). Here the aircraft will be ready and waiting to take you to the ultimate height. We'll start off flying low over the city, and as we climb to heights of either 8,000 or 10,000 ft - sit back, relax and take in the breathtaking view of the Western Beaches below and the entire city of Adelaide. Then it's time for the real fun to begin as your instructor launches you out of the aircraft. Once out of the plane, up to 50 seconds of adrenaline packed free-falling experience is all yours at speeds of up to 200kmh. This is then followed by your parachute ride where the noise and rush of freefall is over and you can enjoy the awesome views below. After all this, you're in for a safe landing right in the middle of the racetrack again - now there's something to tell your friends about! Depending on how extreme you want to go, choose between jumping from 8,000 or 10,000 ft - you decide!
