The Outback show is 40 Minutes of outback fun and education with sheep shearing, mustering, working dogs, horsemastership all done in an Australian way. The Show celebrates Australia's heritage on the stage. It depicts the lifestyle of those who work on the land and in the shearing sheds.
The Outback Show is conducted in one location in the heart of the beautiful Swan Valley. Onsite we also offer accommodation, Maalinup Aboriginal Art Gallery and Gift shop.

You could be sharing the performance with up to 30 people. Minimum of 5 to run a performance.
Easy access for all members of the family, no steps but the ground may be a little uneven. Chairs provided under the shade of the coolibah tree.

Once you are seated, enjoying the background music Syd appears on his trusty mount in fantastic style. Next comes the Jillaroo with her obedient steed, then the entertaining dogs. On command they run off to collect the sheep, to muster them in for shearing. Meanwhile Syd prepares some billy tea to share. Then Syd is put to work to shear the sheep and if your really fortunate he may be convinced to perform a trick or two!

True to the nature of Australians we take a light hearted larrikin approach and have a good laugh at the Aussie identity.
The performance captures the atmosphere, hardships and romance of a time when people from many different cultures began to shape this nation and call themselves Australians.
