The Valley Explorer Trail Ride

Saddle up and discover the Great Australian Bush with a scenic trail ride. You'll explore the cattle paddocks, canefields and woodlands of our picturesque valley and follow beautiful scenic trails through the rainforest of the Dryander Mountains. A short break is included for light refreshments.

Allow 3.5 to 4 hours for your adventure, which includes picks ups, up to a 2-hour trail ride including instruction, refreshments and return trip.

To give you the best experience, tours are small, limited to just 6 riders and escorted by an experienced guide.

Minimum age 10 years and over. Suitable for people who enjoy active adventure

Your day begins with a courtesy pick up from your accommodation. After a short 10 minute drive past cane and cattle farms you arrive at Dryander House, home of Whitsunday Bush Adventures. After we check you will meet your instructors who will organize you with a safety helmet, then its down to the arena to meet your new best friend. The two hour trail ride is a relaxed and wonderful way to explore the Australian bush. You will follow tracks through the paddocks of a cattle and cane farm, the woodlands and jungle of the mountain and discovering the rainforest creeks and spectacular valley views. Then it's back to our reception area to relax around our picnic table, compare notes while you enjoy the valley views. When you're ready, we'll take you back to your accommodation in the bus.

All guests will need to sign a waiver form on day of tour. Guests 18 years old or under will need a parent/guardian to sign waiver form.
