Twilight BBQ Cooking Class

Fancy yourself as a gourmet chef on the barbie? Why not let us take your BBQ cooking skills to another level. Be taught the true art of creating a superior steak, fabulous flavours and perfect presentation.

This cooking class takes place in Westmeadows, 15 minutes from the Melbourne CBD.

Coburg Melbourne Victoria

This class runs for 2 hours, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Please arrive on time, as there is a lot to learn and plenty of food to enjoy!

Classes operate with a maximum of 10 people.

Classes are suited to both those with no cooking experience to gourmet chefs. This class is open to both Men and Women. This price includes your BBQ cooking tuition, a full set of recipes, a glass of wine (or a lager if you'd prefer) and of course a delicious BBQ meal.

Pick up a few sure-fire tips and rules-of-thumb to ensure that everything you cook smells great, looks great and tastes great. You can do all this in an abbreviated Friday night class (let's face it, with your previous experience it won't take you long to pick this up). Start straight after work and enjoy a glass of wine while you cook. Enjoy the fruits of your labour before graduating and taking away some skills and tricks that will be sure to earn you brownie points at home as well! End-of-class meals are structured so you get to taste everything that has been prepared on the night. You take home all the recipes, all the tips and more to make your cooking at home something that everyone will rave about!
