
Uluru Sunrise and Base Tour (Y17) |
Enjoy a warming cup of tea or coffee and biscuits as the colours of Uluru gradulally change as the sun rises on the horizon. Commence a base tour of Uluru, including a guided walk into Mutitjulu waterhole. Later, visit the Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre. Supplied by: AAT Kings

Departs: 90 minutes prior to sunrise daily from Ayers Rock Resort
Returns: Approx. 10.00am - 10.30am to Ayers Rock Resort
Minimum numbers are 15 and maximum numbers are 45 people.
Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring sun protection. It is recommended that you carry with you plenty of drinking water.
National Park entry fee of $25 not included. Payable on day of departure, valid for 3 consecutive days.
Travel to the sunrise viewing area at the eastern end of Uluru and watch the first sunlight of the day creep across the desert plains. Enjoy a warming cup of tea or coffee as the morning sun slowly changes the colour of Uluru. Travel to the base of Uluru for a closer view of this huge monolith. Join your AAT Kings Driver/Guide for a tour around the base of Uluru. Travel by coach to the Mutitjulu Walk where you will be escorted into the beautiful Mutitjulu Waterhole. View Aboriginal rock art and learn about the Aboriginal and European history of Uluru. Travel around the base of Uluru in the comfort of the coach as your Driver/Guide provides commentary about the numerous sacred areas and features to be found at Uluru. Visit the Uluru - Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre, where you can learn about Aboriginal culture and see Aboriginal arts and crafts, before returning to Ayers Rock Resort.
