We will pick you up from your Melbourne Central Business District Hotel between 9:15am and 9.30am and whisk you away to the magnificent Yarra Valley. Framed by the mountains of the Great Dividing Range, the Yarra Valley's vineyards stretch across an expansive and fertile valley, creating a panorama of unparalleled beauty. During the day you will visit Healesville Sanctuary. Nestled in a glorious bushland setting and with the largest collection of Australian Native Wildlife in the world, Healesville Sanctuary provides the ultimate Australian wildlife experience. Take a wander through the beautiful bushland and find yourself closer than you ever thought possible to Australia's amazing wildlife. See the spectacular Birds of Prey, meet dingoes on their daily walk and come eye-to-eye with Koalas, Kangaroos and Wombats. For Lunch visit Fergusson Winery and Restaurant. Enjoy the house specialty; A hearty Charolais Beef individually carved complimented by your selection of vegetables, garnishes and salad, or choose from our specially selected menu with around 14 choices. Bread and water are on the table, with tea / coffee and petit fours to finish. Your day will also include 1-2 other Yarra Valley wineries such as Domaine Chandon. Established in the Valley in 1987 by Moet & Chandon, Domaine Chandon is part of Chandon Estates, a world-class portfolio of wineries, located in prestigious wine growing regions around the world. When you arrive we will take you to the Green Point Room where you will enjoy a full flute of sparkling wine while overlooking the seductive views and sampling a delicious plate of gourmet goodies. Other Yarra Valley Wineries you may get to visit include; De Bortoli Winery, Coldstream Hills, Oakridge Estate, Shantell Vineyard, St Huberts, Tarrawarra Estate, The Yarrahill, Yering Farm, Yarra Ridge and Yering Station.

They can explain all you need to know about the region you are visiting and the wine styles you will find there.
