Yoga Kickstart Session (Sydney)

Always wanted to try Yoga but haven't been sure what sort of class to attend, whether it is suitable for your needs/experience? Or have you just started Yoga but are not sure what sort of postures are most suitable for your home practice? This kickstart session makes a perfect introduction.

This class can be taken in locations with most major cities around Australia - Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth and Hobart.

The session in which an instructor will accompany you to class will take 10 minutes prior to the class and ½ hour after the class in addition to the chosen class' length.

Only you and the instructor. If you choose option of attending the class - the class will obviously contain the normal number of participants.

This experience is open to anyone at any level of health. Yoga is a corrective therapy and therefore of huge therapeutic value no matter what your current state. Wear stretchy clothing & a jumper for the cooler sessions. Yoga can be done in bare feet, but you may want to bring socks as well.

We find you three local classes and depending which you choose, accompany you to your first yoga class. Our instructors are fully qualified with lots experience - walking encyclopedias of yoga. Before the class you will be given a yoga briefing with written notes and after the class you will be able to debrief with the yoga teacher and work out how relevant the class is to your needs. An excellent way to start something you've always meant to do. Or: We provide a one to one session with a qualified yoga teacher to set you on the right track. Following an hour of yoga instruction you will be sent your “yoga prescription” which will have lots of detailed instructions and photos of the poses your teacher feels would best benefit you. This is an ideal adjunct to regular classes and helps you to work on developing your very own practice.

Our teachers and therapists are all qualified, well trained to work with people at all levels of yogic experience and have appropriate Professional Indemnity Insurance.
